Frequently Asked Questions

How am I charged?

Our KickStarter package is paid upfront before our first strategy meeting. Other packages have a payment plan in place that takes up through the project lifetime. Basic and Pro packages are paid 50% upfront 50% 30 days after. Elite projects have a payment arrangement of 3 payments every 30 days.

All you need to do is to click the ‘Get Started’ button.

Can I use my package for multiple sites?
No, unfortunately you sign up for one website and one business at a time. Feel free to contact us if you wish to add an extra business to your account.
What tools do you use to set my automations up?

We use ActiveCampaign, if you don’t have an ActiveCampaign account we’ll help you getting setup in ActiveCampaign. Integrations are usually made on your own Zapier account.

I need more automation, would there be an extra cost?

We’ll map it all out, if anything is out of scope we’ll let you know. In this case, we’ll evaluate and invoice you separately for the required investment. We can also create a roadmap of projects we can work on overtime.

I'm not sure if my project will be simple of complex. How can I choose the right package?

We can always have a conversation before you commit to anything, you can set up a free 30 mins consultation here.

Is there any other cost?

If you have an integration that requires third parties this will be an extra cost you may need to incur on your side.

Do I need a website?

Not necesarily, we could work with landing pages, though it will definitely help conversions if you have already a modern and conversions ready website. If you need to arrange one we can also help with this. Just let us know.

I want more automation and have a larger project, Do you have larger packages?

Yes we do, just contact us if any of our current package is what you are looking for.
