In automation, you could easily imagine it to be a process. You’ve probably heard me speak a couple of times about automation being the system and a blank canvas as well.

So what happens with automation is that there are these misconceptions that you create a funnel and people will come in and they will just buy because you’ve got a funnel that has sifted the clients through – but the truth is that that’s not the case.

In the past, even I believed that the only thing that needed to be done was just to have a nice funnel, nice landing pages, and a great follow up sequence, and people will come and buy. All those touches are important, of course – however, they are not the only thing that needs to happen for it to work. There are a lot more activities that need to happen to ensure they hold processes successful.

So what I want to share with you all are three different steps that you need to follow to gain the most from what we do. For you to be able to automate, this is the process you need to go through.

  1. Attraction Process
    For this, you need to figure out first how do you attract people?
  2. Conversion Process
    How do you convert those people into your brand?
  3. Retention Process
    When you’ve gotten their attention, how do you make sure they stay?

Now to get these processes done, you need to do three different things.

  1. Plan
  2. Create or Implement
  3. Promote, Release and Share

These are the things I just wanted to share that with you and I hope they’re helpful when you get into automation and thinking about how to get it done.
