Well, our environment in which we operate has changed dramatically and the expectations of our prospective customers and current customers have shifted too.

The expectation is a relationship.

A relationship in which you are meant to know them, they want to connect with you (your business)… they don’t want to be ‘another number’. 

Your experience makes your customers feel the uniqueness in your business. 

“This is the unique thing we do that nobody else does.” 

It sets you apart from your competitors and, in the customer’s mind, expresses why you’re the best at what you do (the only one that does what you do).

The experience you offer your customers is intimately related to the perception of your brand (reputation).

This is a bit of an oversimplification, but the brand sets the tone for the overall experience. It’s critical in setting expectations, which is a key part of the experience.

The actual experience should live up to the expectations set from the beginning.

This is why we plan automation before you implement it. 

It is NOT about funnels, it is about the experience.

Putting this simple, marketing automation is nothing else than the systemisation of the customer experience and sending the right message at the right time to the right person.
