The first one is as you know people and the world are speeding up, so decisions are made a lot faster and they need support to make those decisions in a proper way. If they don’t know you, they don’t understand who you are, and they don’t feel that they’re treated as a person then they’re most likely going to get turned off and they’re not going to make a decision to work with you.
Automation helps to put personalisation into that particular experience. It’s all about the customer’s journey, it’s all about the customer’s experience, it’s all about creating the right message with the right time to the right person. It helps you read the signals for you to be able to send the right message at the right time to the right person when they’re making the right decision.
3. Save Time
Therefore, if you put enough intelligence and enough understanding on that process then what’s going to happen it’s that you’re going to save time overall. Because then, you don’t need to make the emails, you don’t need to remember to send the emails and you don’t need to send them. To remember to make the phone calls, the system is going to remind you to do it. Your mind is going to be less busy thinking of things to do and therefore more engaged in thinking about the solution that you can provide for a client. And that’s really what the trick is, that’s really why you put systems in place.

Why you put automation in place – to save time, to personalise and to help on the decision making which then makes your process more efficient and at the end of the day, it will help generate more profit.
Because you’re spending more time giving value. Remember, any business that is in the market makes money out of the value that they provide to the marketplace.
